I’ve been on your side of the call.
In 2011, my husband Mike and I became Tom Ferry coached agents, working as a team with the same coach. I know firsthand what it takes to turn coaching into results.
Most of the people I work with don’t have a motivation problem. They’re smart, capable, and willing to work. But as their businesses have grown, so have the complexity, responsibilities, and demands on their time. Eventually, it becomes difficult to see what actually needs to change when you’re standing in the middle of it every day.
